Functional Exercise Training
Depending on your personal goals, we have the right training program for you. We have programs to lose weight, gain weight, increase flexibility, tone muscles, and increase your overall wellness. Our training sessions are 10, 30, or 50 minutes in length and can be scheduled on a one on one basis of in small groups.
Individual Personal Training provides the most customized experience and provides some time to incorporate suggestions on nutrition and stress management during that one on one time.
Small Group Training (semi-personal training) offers a very similar level of customization of the exercise and stretches with a couple of unique benefits. It costs less, many people like having other people to talk to and support them through the workouts. These workouts are only available at certain times and the schedule is listed below.
Small Group Training Times
Monday: 6am, 7am, 5pm
Tuesday: 6am, 7am, 9:30am, 12pm
Wednesday: 6am, 7am
Thursday: 6am, 7am, 9:30am, 12pm, 5pm
