In most cases we find that when people move better, they feel better. This 30 minute class will teach you some foundational movements and stretches that will do just that. Regardless of your current fitness level you will find that these moves will be a little bit challenging and very rewarding. The unique core exercises will make your lower back strong. Back exercises will reduces strain on your neck, shoulders and upper back. And the stretches will restore your range of motion and lessen or eliminate pain in your joints. This class is designed to be learned at the clinic and practiced at home. A handout with pictures and descriptions is provided to all participants for review.
