Functional Exercise

If you want to be a healthy happy 90 year old, you need to start working on it now!  All of our exercise options start with improving function.  Many programs unwittingly train problems into your body.  Our goal is to teach you how to train bad movement patterns OUT of you body.  How do we know if you have problems you might not even be aware of yet?  We test for them.

Personal Training provides the most customized experience.  We will help you address your specific goals, whether they are weight loss, changing body shape, pain relief, improved performance, injury prevention or something else.  We identify your goals, and help you set up reasonable timelines and a specific plan to reach them.

Small Group Training (semi-personal training) This is our most popular exercise option.  These classes are limited to six people so you get plenty of individual instruction.  It costs less and most people like having the comradery and support of the group.  These workouts are only available at certain times and the schedule is listed below.  Because of the small size scheduling in advance is highly recommended.

Friday: 12:30pm (this time is usually available but call first to confirm)
