July 2011
My name is Thomas Hill. I am 14 years old and I attend San Antonio Christian Schools. I have always been involved in athletics such as basketball, football, tennis, etc. I have also worked out on my own and lifted weights at the nearby gym.
One day, I was playing tennis and injured my back. I thought I had just strained a muscle or something similar. The pain didn’t go away after a week, which caused me to cease physical activity. Soon I went to a massage therapist and she said I had a rib displacement and recommended me to Alamo Heights Chiropractic.
AHCHC took some x-rays upon my first visit and determined that I had scoliosis. I started coming two times a week to get adjusted and to work out at AHCHC, and after one week I felt much better, and as I continued to work out every week as AHCHC suggested, the pain receded until it has completely disappeared.
I was sad to postpone my workouts and adjustments at AHCHC because of a major jaw surgery at the beginning of June. I can’t wait to heal and get back to my 8WW program.
What you don’t know is that Thomas is an incredible man of strength, discipline and positive attitude, who is a role model for not only his peers, but the adults in his life as well.
Thomas loves getting fit and flexible working out with Lance, as well as getting his spinal adjustments, because he knows what he is doing is helping him function at his optimal potential, and nothing else is acceptable to Thomas.
Thomas has significant goals in his life, and he is going to reach them!
Way to go, Thomas! You are awesome!
