January 2011
My name is Ingrid Lundblad and I am 20 years old. I am a dedicated, hard-working student-athlete that never wants to give up. I have competitively been a synchronized swimmer for 10 years. I am from Northern California and was recruited for the synchronized swimming team at the University of the Incarnate Word. I have received two awards at UIW for synchronized swimming: Most Improved for 08-09 and Athlete of the Year for 09-10. I am an undergraduate student at UIW currently in my junior year majoring in art. I love painting, drawing, ceramics, and photography. In my free time I like playing my flute and listening to K-LOVE (positive and encouraging Christian music on the radio and online at K-LOVE.com).
Believe it or not synchronized swimming is a close contact sport because we swim in tight patterns or formations. As a result, we tend to kick or hit each other. Back in California, I have been under chiropractic care since I was four years old. My mom and I felt the need to continue with my chiropractic care while at UIW. We first contacted Dr. Keith Taylor and he referred us to Alamo Heights Chiropractic. I have been a patient at Alamo Heights Chiropractic since August 20, 2009.
Without my mom, I wouldn’t be at Alamo Heights Chiropractic. My mom appreciates the staff at Alamo Heights Chiropractic taking good care of me by keeping my alignment correct and massaging me when my muscles are tight. She says it’s a blessing that I am in good hands who can accommodate my needs. We greatly appreciate how close the office is to my school campus. I am grateful for the family-friendly environment at the office and for the supportive staff members! They have comforted and encouraged me through many stressful times. Thank you to everyone at Alamo Heights Chiropractic for everything!!!
