Hi, I am Sheila Fleming and I’ve been a client here for the past 6 months. What a difference my experience here has made in my well being.

I came to AH Chiropractic at 52 years young really never thinking I had a need to see a chiropractor. Age has a way of creeping up on all of us and even though I have always led a very active lifestyle I was beginning to have aches and pains that I did not really think were age related.

I appreciate the focus here on wellness and treating the total person. The combination of massage, adjustments and exercise is different from what I have heard from friends about their chiropractic experiences.

The entire staff is well trained and work in a cohesive manner which really gives me as a patient confidence in the treatments I am receiving and that my results will be beneficial and contribute to improving my overall well being.

Through all of this I’ve learned that you don’t have to be in pain to see a chiropractor. Regular adjustment keeps our bodies aligned and in harmony with our lifestyles. The focus here on wellness is certainly appropriate and refreshing in it’s scope. I love this “holistic” approach to taking care of myself.
