It had been many years sine I had seen a Chiropractor.  When my cheerleader granddaughter went to AHCHC to get her body back in shape after a fall, I decided to try again.  After 78 years of wear and tear on my body, expectations were not very high when I walked through the door of the Clinic.  But, the office was open, well lighted and very clean.  People were busy with their work, but friendly and there were patients getting treatments;  not behind closed doors, but out in the open where I could see the action.  Impressive!

After my paperwork was filled out there was a counseling session with the doctor to explain what needed to be “adjusted”.  Several measurements were taken and recorded so progress could be observed.  After four months of treatment and adjustments I now know how to walk, stand, exercise, eat better and hit the golf ball farther.

Has AHCHC brought my body back to it’s youth?  No.  Has everything wrong been fixed?  No.  Have the AHCHC doctors and staff showed me the way to a better quality of life?  YES!
