Depending on your personal goals, we have the right training program for you.  We have programs to lose weight, gain weight, increase flexibility, tone muscles, and increase your overall wellness.  Our training sessions are 10, 30, or 50 minutes.  We offer nutritional evaluations and tips on how to eat in order to attain your personal goals.  Try one of our 10 Minute Group classes.  Your 1st class is free!   Our fitness room includes: 2 PowerPlates, total gym, swiss balls, medicine balls, TuffStuff weight machine, iJoy board, Reebok slide, elliptical machine, treadmill, Marcy incline bench and rack, and dumbells.  Come by the clinic or call us at (210) 828-9211 to find out how we can help you change your body.
