Flexibility is underrated. When I first came to AHCHC, I was experiencing mild discomfort with sore muscles, particularly in my shoulders and neck. One year later, I am much better and continuing to improve. Here’s whey:

  1. Stretching – I have been taught new, different and better ways to stretch the muscles that are prone in my body to store stress.
  2. Strength – I have learned how to make vital and neglected muscle groups strong and more resilient.
  3. Posture – I have broken old habits related to posture, both standing and sitting. I have used information given to me to change the ergonomics of my work space.
  4. Massage – My range of motion with my neck and shoulders has improved greatly from intensive message.
  5. Adjustments – The adjustments I have receieved keep my body aligned so it can truly take advantage of numbers 1,2,3 and 4 above.
I greatly appreciate all of the folks at AHCHC. Thank you for changing the way that I feel – for the better.
