The stretches and exercises you have instructed me to do, in conjunction with my adjustments, have made an incredible difference in the reduction of my back pain and my headaches are virtually gone!! That has actually been the most impactful difference for me because living with a constant headache is very irritating and frustrating! (Brock thanks you too)

The latest endeavor of the 8 Weeks to Wellness Program is proving to be the icing on the cake! The overall health of my body, physically and mentally has really improved over the last 6 weeks!! I can’t wait to see the final results and continue the new habits I am learning. I am beginning to feel healthier than I have in many, many years!!

With my Occupational Therapy background, I feel like I have always had most of the knowledge, but putting everything into practice in this accurate way has made a life changing difference!
